Supports Children, adolescents and adults

Supporting people through life’s challenges with warmth and practical guidance

Carol is a warm, strengths-based psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of mental health, developmental, and behavioural concerns.

Carol works alongside individuals and families to better understand the challenges they are experiencing and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, long-term wellbeing. She believes every person has unique strengths, and tailors her approach to meet each individual’s needs, goals, and stage of life.

With experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, prolonged grief, attachment difficulties, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, developmental delay, schizophrenia, and behaviours of concern, Carol provides thoughtful, evidence-based care in a safe, supportive, and neuro-affirming environment.

Alongside therapy, Carol provides psychological assessments for children and adults to help identify strengths, clarify areas of difficulty, and guide recommendations for home, school, work, and everyday life.
