Casey is a down-to-earth psychologist who helps adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.

Casey has worked across a diverse range of settings, including private practice, youth and disability services, correctional facilities, occupational rehabilitation, and supporting current and former Australian Defence Force personnel. His broad experience allows him to support people facing a wide range of personal, emotional, and life challenges.

Known for his calm, practical, and empowering approach, Casey believes that strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation for positive change. He works collaboratively with each client to understand their goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that support long-term wellbeing.

Casey has particular interests in supporting people experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, and challenges with confidence, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
