Neuro-affirming, inclusive support that celebrates individual strengths

Emily is a warm and collaborative psychologist who provides neuro-affirming therapy and assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Emily is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where people feel understood, respected, and supported. She works alongside individuals with autism, ADHD, disability, and a range of neurodevelopmental and emotional wellbeing concerns, tailoring her approach to each person’s unique strengths, goals, and experiences.

Before becoming a psychologist, Emily spent six years working as a disability support worker. This practical experience gives her valuable insight into the everyday realities faced by neurodivergent individuals, people with disability, and their families, allowing her to provide support that is both clinically informed and grounded in real-world understanding.

Alongside therapy, Emily provides comprehensive psychological assessments to help individuals better understand their strengths, identify areas where additional support may be beneficial, and confidently navigate the next steps.
