Roger is a compassionate psychologist who provides thoughtful, evidence-based support for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating life’s challenges.
Roger believes meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and supported. He creates a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and work towards positive, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.
Working across community settings and private practice, Roger supports people experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. He has particular interests in identity, attachment, relationships, neurodiversity, and supporting the mental health of students and men.
Roger is passionate about providing culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and neuro-affirming care. He offers therapy in English, Malay, and Mandarin, helping people from diverse backgrounds feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout their therapy journey.
