Santo founded Better Life Psychology in 1999 with a vision of providing thoughtful, evidence-based support that helps people navigate life’s challenges with confidence and care.
With a career spanning more than 25 years in psychology—and a further 25 years working in human development and education before that—Santo has dedicated his professional life to supporting individuals and families across every stage of life.
Working with infants, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Santo brings a calm, collaborative approach that helps people better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies for lasting wellbeing. His broad experience allows him to support a wide range of emotional, developmental, educational, and family concerns.
Committed to lifelong learning, Santo continues to build on his clinical expertise through ongoing professional development in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. His practice combines clinical experience with genuine compassion, creating a supportive environment where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.
